You build a Co-Worker across seven tabs, each covered in its own page. Only the five fields on Basics & Identity are required to create one; every other tab can be filled in later or skipped.

Tab	What it covers
Basics & Identity	Who it is — name, tone, job role, the model it runs on, and its objective.
Channels	Where it works — NeoGPT, Microsoft Teams, and email — and any messages it sends proactively.
Skills	What it can do — the tools and agents it can call on, grouped into reusable sets.
Memory	What it remembers, and whether that memory is shared across the team or kept private to each person.
Behaviour	How it works through a request — its standard procedure, its do and don’t rules, and any scheduled check-ins.
Governance	How it is kept safe — guardrails on what goes in and out, and approvals before sensitive actions.
KPIs & Output Details	What to measure — the details to capture from each conversation, and the metrics built on them.
