Integrations

Integration blocks connect the Chatbot flow to external services — HTTP requests, automation platforms, CRM tools, and other OneByZero Neo agent types.

Webhook (HTTP Request)

Makes an HTTP request to an external URL. Use it to call APIs, send data to webhooks, or retrieve data from third-party services.

How to use

Drag Webhook onto the canvas, enter the URL and method, configure headers and body as needed, and map response fields to variables.

Configuration

FieldDescription
URLThe endpoint to call. Supports {{variable}} interpolation.
MethodHTTP method: GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE.
HeadersKey-value pairs added to the request headers.
Query parametersKey-value pairs appended to the URL as query string parameters.
BodyRequest body (JSON or form data). Supports {{variable}} interpolation.
Response variable mappingMap fields from the JSON response to flow variables using dot-notation paths.
Advanced configTimeout, retry count, success status codes, TLS options.

Make.com

Triggers a Make.com (formerly Integromat) scenario via webhook.

How to use

Drag Make.com onto the canvas and enter the Make.com webhook URL. Configure the request body and response mapping the same way as the standard Webhook block.
