Platform Administration
The Control Center is the Super Administrator’s platform-wide management panel. It is separate from any workspace — Super Admins operate at the platform level and do not have automatic access to the contents of individual workspaces.
From the Control Center, Super Admins can:
Create, manage, and delete workspaces
Invite members to a workspace and manage workspace-level permissions
Configure the LLM models available across the platform
Govern global integrations and MCP servers
Manage who holds Super Admin privileges
Monitor platform-wide analytics
Manage the platform EULA agreement (when enabled)
What Super Admins cannot do from the Control Center: browse agents, knowledge bases, conversation history, or any other workspace-level resource. Access to workspace contents requires a separate membership within that workspace, just like any other user.
Accessing the Control Center
The Control Center is only visible to users with Super Admin privileges.
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar — this opens the user menu
Select Control Center from the menu
Control Center Tabs
The Control Center opens with the following tabs across the top (displayed in alphabetical order):
Admins — manage which users hold Super Administrator privileges
Agreement — manage the platform EULA policy content shown to users (visible when the Agreement feature is enabled for your deployment)
Analytics — platform-wide token usage and cost metrics across all workspaces
Integrations — enable or disable In-House Tools and MCP servers available to agents across all workspaces
LLMs — manage the Large Language Models available across the platform
Workspaces — create, view, and delete workspaces; manage workspace membership and permissions
