# Workspace Analytics

Workspace analytics gives visibility into token consumption and cost for the agents in the current workspace. Open it from **Analytics** in the sidebar; it needs the **View Analytics** permission. Unlike the platform-level analytics available to Super Administrators, this view is scoped to the current workspace.

[![Workspace Analytics page — summary figures and cost and token breakdowns by agent, user, session, and model](../images/workspace-analytics.png)](../images/workspace-analytics.png)

The page shows:

- **Total Cost**, **Total Tokens**, **Total Conversations**, **Avg Latency (s)**, **Input Tokens**, and **Output Tokens** for the selected period
- **Agents Level Cost and Token** — cost and token usage for each agent, useful for identifying which agents drive consumption
- **User Level Cost and Token** — usage for each user
- **Sessions by User** — how many sessions each user has had
- **Model Cost and Token Usage** — usage for each model

## Filtering

Use the filters to scope the view:

- **Time range** — the last 24 hours, 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom range
- **Email Id**, **Agent Name**, and **Model Name** — narrow to particular users, agents, or models

Use workspace analytics to:

- Monitor costs before they escalate
- Identify agents with unexpectedly high token usage
- Provide usage data to stakeholders for budgeting or chargeback purposes

For platform-wide analytics across all workspaces, see [Platform Analytics](../6_platform_admin/platform_analytics.html).
