# Settings

The **Settings** tab in the Control Center provides platform-level configuration for branding and (for users with developer access) diagnostic tooling. Changes here apply across the entire Neo deployment.

## Branding

Super Administrators can customise the platform’s visual identity — logos, colours, and other brand elements — so that the Neo deployment reflects the organisation’s branding. Updates take effect immediately for all users across all workspaces.

Configurable branding elements include the platform colour scheme and logo. Changes are applied globally and do not require a redeploy.

## Dev Mode

The **Dev Mode** toggle is visible only to users with developer controls access. When enabled, the dashboard displays dummy metrics data so that platform behaviour related to analytics and flow UI can be debugged without requiring real traffic.

Dev mode state is stored per browser — it does not affect other users or any production data.

## Best Practices

**Branding consistency**
: Apply branding changes in a non-production environment first to verify how colour and logo combinations render across different screens and roles before rolling them out to all users.

**Dev mode discipline**
: Dev mode is for targeted debugging only. Disable it immediately after the diagnostic session ends to avoid confusion from dummy data appearing in analytics views.
