## What’s New

**Agent templates**

- **Create an agent from a template** — on the **Create** page, pick a template from **All templates**, fill in the fields its author left open, and click **Create Agent**. Search templates and filter them by agent type, category, and tag.
- **Export as Template** — Workspace Admins can export an Agentic Flow agent as a template file, choosing which fields to leave open and giving the template a category and tags. Passwords are removed from the file.
- **Platform-wide catalog** — a Super Admin imports template files under **Control Center → Templates** and enables them. Enabled templates are available in every workspace.

See [Templates](../9_agentic_flow_builder/templates.html).

**Redesigned interface**

OneByZero Neo 6.1 has a new look and a simpler way to move around the platform.

- **New navigation** — the sidebar puts **Coworkers** and **Agents** first, and you land on **Coworkers** after you sign in. The agent list formerly called Home is now the [Agents](../11_command_center/home.html) page.
- **Create page** — start a new agent from a blank builder or from the template gallery, all on one page.
- **Agent cards** — each card shows the agent’s cost, tokens, and current KPI values at a glance.
- **Workspace Settings** — members, service accounts, identities, policies, roles, and secrets are grouped into clear tabs. See [Workspace Administration](../7_workspace_admin/index.html).
- **Integrations** — LLMs, providers, skills, and tools are managed together on the Integrations page.
- **Analytics** — workspace analytics has its own **Analytics** page in the sidebar.

**AI Coworkers**

- **More channels** — Coworkers can now run on Facebook, Jira, Universal Webhook, Google Chat, and Voice (Beta), as well as NeoGPT, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook. See [Channels](../coworkers/channels.html).
- **Voice channel (Beta)** — answer phone calls with a Coworker. Adding the channel creates a voice agent for the Coworker and points the phone number at it.
- **Icon** — give a Coworker an avatar with its initials, an uploaded image, or a generated one.

**Channels**

- **Google Chat** — a new channel for Agentic Flow agents and Coworkers. Users message a Google Chat app in a direct message or a space, and the agent replies in the same thread. See [Google Chat](../13_channels/google_chat.html).
- **Telegram** now supports Agentic Flow agents as well as chatbots.
- **Microsoft Teams** — a new **Show agent activity** setting adds a card with the agent’s reasoning, tool calls, skills, and files to each reply. See [Microsoft Teams](../13_channels/microsoft_teams.html).
- **Outlook Mail** — a **Reply All** setting on the Conversation and Notification routes, and a **Process Full Thread** setting on the Conversation route. See [Outlook Mail](../13_channels/outlook_mail.html).
- **Webhook security** — incoming messages from Facebook, Slack, Telegram, and Viber are now verified, and messages that fail verification are rejected. See [Upgrade Notes](#upgrade-notes) for Telegram.

**Integrations**

- **Credential providers** — store an OAuth 2.0 client once under **Integrations → Providers → Custom Tool Credentials** and use it from any custom tool with the new **Credential provider** authentication type. See [Custom Tools](../12_foundry/integrations/custom_tools.html).
- **Providers tab** — channel credentials and custom tool credentials now share the **Providers** tab on the Integrations page. See [Providers](../12_foundry/integrations/providers.html).
- **Skill Approvals** — the Skills node now has a per-skill **Allow** / **Ask** setting. A skill set to **Ask** pauses for approval before the agent starts using it. See [Skills](../12_foundry/integrations/skills.html#skill-approvals).
- **Filters** — filter Custom Tools and Skills by ownership (**All**, **Mine**, **Shared**), and Custom Tools by **Last Updated** date.

**Agentic Flow**

- Flows in different workspaces can now have the same name.

**Guardrails**

- **NeMo guardrails** — a new guardrail type built on NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, combining regex, written-policy, content safety, and topic checks in one guardrail. Off by default; your platform administrator turns it on. See [NeMo Guardrails](../12_foundry/guardrails/nemo.html).

**LLM models**

- **Prompt caching** — mark a model as supporting prompt caching and enter cache-read and cache-write token prices for cost tracking. See [LLM Management](../6_platform_admin/llm_management.html).

**KPIs**

- **Process KPIs** — a new toggle on every agent and Coworker turns Output Details and KPI processing on or off, and each Output Details field can be enabled or disabled on its own. See [Upgrade Notes](#upgrade-notes).

**Voice agents**

- **New speech-to-text providers** — Soniox, OpenAI Realtime, and NVIDIA (Nemotron or Parakeet).
- **New text-to-speech provider** — NVIDIA Magpie (Multilingual). Amazon Polly adds the **Generative** engine.
- **New LLM providers** — NVIDIA Nemotron and Custom LLM.
- **Qwen3 on Amazon Bedrock** — voice agents can use Qwen3 models through Bedrock.
- **Bedrock models** are now chosen from the LLM models enabled for the workspace, and Bedrock responses can be streamed.

See [Configuration Reference](../10_voice_agent_builder/building_blocks.html).

## Changes

- **Conversation ID** — conversation lists and details now show **Conversation ID** instead of Session ID.
- **Workspace Settings** — organised into **Members** (Users, Identities, User directories, Service accounts), **Policies**, **Roles**, **Secrets** (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, Variables), and **Workspace**. API credentials are now **Service accounts**, with a choice of expiry, including **Never**. New **Policies** control which resources members, service accounts, and agents can reach.
- **Coworker permissions** — a role with only **Create Coworker** can fill in Basics & Identity and create the Coworker. Every other tab, and any later change, needs **Edit Coworker**.
- **Admin privileges** — only Workspace Admins and Super Admins can give a role admin privileges.
- **Universal Webhook** — the conversation route’s authentication type also checks incoming requests. To accept requests without authentication, choose **Public** explicitly.
- **Zalo** — the link that connects a Zalo Official Account is now valid for 30 minutes and can be used once.
- **Conversation and trace visibility** — for Chatbot and Agentic Flow agents, users see only their own conversations and traces unless their role includes the new **View All … Conversations** or **View All … Traces** permissions. Workspace Admins keep full access.
- **Polling intervals** — Outlook Mail polling and Agent Schedule intervals in minutes now have a minimum of 5 minutes.
- **Outlook Mail Trigger route** — no longer replies to the email; use the Conversation route for replies.

## Removed

- **Direct Line** — the Microsoft Bot Framework Direct Line channel has been removed.
- **Microsoft Teams Notification route** — no longer offered when you set up a Teams channel.
- **Python REPL** — the Python REPL tool is no longer available in Agentic Flow.
- **Whisper** — self-hosted Whisper is no longer offered as a voice agent speech-to-text provider.

## Fixes

- Fixed an issue where loop flows showed the output of the first iteration only.
- Fixed an issue where conversation history was not passed to published flow runs.
- Fixed an issue where voice agents did not record traces.
- Agent run and knowledge base retrieval traces now show their input and output.
- Approval requests no longer use up the conversation history available to the agent.
- Coworker conversation details now show extracted Output Details as **Results**.
- When publishing fails because of an incompatible component, the message names the component.
- A bulk member removal that would remove every Workspace Admin is now blocked.
- Fixed issues in the API Request component’s cURL mode and the trigger fields it shows.
- Fixed issues with the **Exa Search** and **Python Code Structured** in-house tools.
- Fixed issues with Coworker image generation, dataset export, guardrail import, and in-house evaluations.
- Playground sessions are kept private to the person using them.
- Security improvements to sign-in sessions, workspace isolation, and access checks across the platform.
- Parsing a PDF no longer holds up other agent runs while it is processed (6.1.1).

## Upgrade Notes

**Telegram channels**
: Channels created before 6.1 do not have a secret token registered, so Telegram messages are rejected after the upgrade. Open each Telegram credential and save it, then save the channel. See [Telegram](../13_channels/telegram.html#webhook-security).

**KPI processing is off after the upgrade**
: **Process KPIs** is off by default, including for existing agents and Coworkers. Output Details are not extracted and KPIs are not calculated until you turn it on in each agent’s settings.

**Conversation and trace visibility**
: Members of custom roles that are not admin roles now see only their own conversations and traces. To let them see everyone’s, add the **View All Chat Agent Conversations**, **View All Flow Agent Conversations**, **View All Chat Agent Traces**, or **View All Flow Agent Traces** permissions to their role.

**Universal Webhook credentials**
: A conversation route whose credential has no authentication type now rejects incoming requests. Set the authentication type, or choose **Public** to accept unauthenticated requests.

**New environment variables**
: Set `CHANNEL_EVENT_GATEWAY_PUBLIC_URL` so channel webhook URLs are shown when you create channels. To use Google Chat, set `GOOGLE_CHAT_PROJECT_NUMBER` on the Channel Event Gateway to the project number of your Google Chat app. `SHOULD_ALLOW_CUSTOM_COMPONENT_CREATION` controls whether builders can edit custom component code; it is off by default. See [Installation](../4_installation/terraform.html).

**Removed features**
: Check for agents that use Direct Line or the Python REPL tool, and voice agents configured with Whisper, and move them to a supported channel, tool, or speech-to-text provider.
