Chatbot Builder

A Chatbot is a rule-guided conversational agent built using OneByZero Neo's visual flow editor. You define the conversation path explicitly — as a sequence of blocks connected by logic — so every possible interaction is mapped out before the agent goes live.

**Use a Chatbot when:**

- The conversation has a known, bounded structure — FAQs, guided intake forms, scripted support flows
- You need predictable, auditable behaviour at every step
- The conversation logic should be deterministic, with LLM calls used selectively at specific steps rather than driving the entire interaction

**Use Agentic Flow instead** when the task requires open-ended reasoning, tool use, or multi-step decision-making where the path cannot be fully defined in advance.

**Use Voice Agent instead** when the interaction happens over a phone call.
